Matt was a great partner in this process. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the area; the architecture (styles, materials, etc), the geography, etc. Definitely a subject matter expert. Additionally, especially as someone new to the area with a limited network, Matt was generous with his contacts which ultimately led to us being able to get exactly what we want, with minimal legwork, and a high rate of speed (esp for financing, and with a local partner). His associates as well were great when Matt wasn’t available to show us properties. If we ever move, we’ll be calling Matt up again for sure. Highly recommend.
