DANNY VARONA
Danny Varona is in the top 10% of producing brokers in Western Washington, a certified negotiation expert, and a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing which connects him to exclusive resources and a network that he uses to successfully market and sell his floating home listings.
Danny regularly appears in the media for Sotheby’s work in Seattle’s floating home community, most recently being quoted in The Wall Street Journal’s article “For Floating-Home Owners, Life Is But a Dream”. Danny became enamored with this unique lifestyle after living on a houseboat on Westlake.
Danny also volunteers for the Floating Home Association (FHA) to further the community’s interests. Most recently, he was the marketing brain behind the FHA Seaplanes Coalition’ “Save Lake Union” campaign. The campaign was widely successful and landed press coverage on the front page of The Seattle Times and successfully stalled Kenmore’s proposal to monopolize the center of Lake Union with a seaplane-only runway that would have been off-limits to boaters.
Formerly a Microsoft advertising researcher with multiple degrees in Economics, Human-Computer Interaction, and Psychology, Danny Varona enjoys a reputation for his innovative marketing techniques, utmost discretion, and world-class service.

Jay is third-generation real estate broker, fourth-generation native of the Pacific Northwest, and was born and raised on Seattle’s Eastside. With over 19 years experience as a residential real estate broker, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge regarding appraisal and market analysis, capital markets, and property marketing to any real estate transaction, and his personal connection to real estate lenders, developers, and builders help his clients stay abreast of relevant real estate trends.
