Matt Goyer lives in a floating home in Eastlake at Mallard Cove with his wife and two kids, so he knows the houseboat lifestyle from the inside. Before becoming a real estate agent, he sold a food-tech startup, ran marketing for Redfin and worked as a program manager at Microsoft. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, so he is always happy to geek out on pricing spreadsheets.

Matt helps about 40 clients a year, which puts him in the top 75 agents in Seattle by sales volume. He loves lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns, and when he is not helping people buy or sell, you can find him skiing, boating, playing hockey or mixing a whiskey cocktail.
