Portage Bay Archives - Houseboats of Seattle (And Floating Homes!)

Matt was a great partner in this process. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the area; the architecture (styles, materials, etc), the geography, etc. Definitely a subject matter expert. Additionally, especially as someone new to the area with a limited network, Matt was generous with his contacts which ultimately led to us being able to get exactly what we want, with minimal legwork, and a high rate of speed (esp for financing, and with a local partner). His associates as well were great when Matt wasn’t available to show us properties. If we ever move, we’ll be calling Matt up again for sure. Highly recommend.

Matt was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. It was our first time purchasing a home and he patiently and thoroughly answered all the (many) questions we had along the way. It was great to have Matt and his team on our side during this very seller-friendly time.

We worked with Matt Goyer to close on our first home. Matt and his team (shoutout to his associate Land Cook) provided us with an exceptional level of service throughout our 6 months of searching and writing offers on homes. We have already recommended his team to numerous friends. We can’t imagine working with anyone else!

I have worked with Matt on multiple occasions and each time I was very impressed. We were able to find and purchase the properties that I wanted, at the price that I wanted. Matt is professional, knowledgable and knows have to navigate every step of the home buying process, from tours, to inspections, to escrow, to closing. Highly recommend!
